FiveM surveillance costs 50 DKK per month. Server setup costs 199 DKK today and includes the first 30 days of surveillance from purchase. Surveillance then renews at 50 DKK per month until cancelled. You must explicitly agree to the renewal at checkout. Cancel before the included period ends to avoid the first renewal charge. These are final customer prices; Melon Studios is not VAT-registered and no VAT is added.
What surveillance includes
Support for critical issues where your server cannot start or run as intended. Melon Studios collects relevant server data, gives recommendations to the owner, and provides updates and optimizations based on the findings. Server access and the data needed for this work are agreed with you before collection begins.
Before work starts
The server details, requested work, and access needed for delivery are agreed with you. Do not put passwords, API keys, or other credentials into order notes.
Your account and billing
Your account brings together service orders, subscriptions, payments, invoices, and support tickets. When payments are enabled, Stripe hosts checkout and the billing portal. Card details are entered on Stripe. You can manage payment methods and cancel future subscription renewals through your account.
Consumer withdrawal
If you buy a service online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement, starting when the agreement is made. Contact support@finalcloud.net or write to the seller at the address above. Agreeing to monthly renewal does not waive this right. Read the withdrawal instructions and example notice.
